PS4: An Error has occurred

The reason behind this error is unknown. So, we will be fixing this error with some generic solution that works for many players most of the time. Here is the list of them:

  1. Restart your PS4: Most of the time, restarting your PS4 will fix this issue of yours. Sometimes, there is an omission in the booting procedure that may cause this issue.
  2. Delete Corrupted files: Go to Settings> Storage> Saved Data in System Storage. Here, head to the game which is causing this error. This issue might get occurred due to some corrupted saved files. So, if you find one in there, make sure to delete it. If you do not find any corrupted files, look for a duplicate of a saved file that might be causing this issue.
  3. Rebuild your Database: Turn off your PlayStation 4 and restart it in safe mode (To enable safe mode, hold the power button for 7-8 seconds until you hear the second beep)
