A communication error has occurred.
Here are some steps you can follow to fix the error:
- Check your server status for maintenance information
- Restart your console.
- Use a wired connection whenever possible.
- If you can’t use a wired connection, make sure you reduce the distance between the console and your network equipment. Ensure there aren’t any obstructions between the same.
- Restart your modem and router.
