Here are some fixes that you can follow to fix the FPS drops issue –

Disable the “Dynamic Resolution Scale” option in the settings –

A fix that you can follow is to simply disable the Dynamic Resolution Scale in FIFA 23 settings. Likewise, all you have to do is to launch the game and go to Settings. You can also hit pause during a match. In the Settings menu, you have to go to Game Settings. Then, you have to go to Display Configuration and turn off the Dynamic Resolution Scale option.

Make sure the resolution is correct –

A wrong display resolution in the game settings may also result in FPS drops. Likewise, you can simply make sure that the resolution is correct to fix the FPS drops. In order to do this, you have to go to Settings and go to Game Settings. Then, you have to go to Display Configuration and make sure the resolution is set according to the display resolution of your system.

Lock your FPS –

Another fix you can also follow is to simply lock your FPS. Likewise, you may be facing FPS drops due to the frame rate fluctuations in the game. Therefore, you can simply go to the settings and make sure that you lock FPS.

Set VSync to Adaptable for Nvidia graphics card –

Players who use an Nvidia graphics card on their system can fix the issue by setting VSync to Adaptable. Simply go to Nvidia Control Panel, and under Global Settings, select the High-Performance Nvidia Graphics Card option. Now, go to the list of options below and make sure that Vsync is set to Adaptive.

Make sure you meet the game’s minimum requirements –

You may also face FPS drops mainly due to your system not meeting the game’s minimum requirements. Therefore, you have to make sure that your system meets the game’s requirements. The game’s system minimum requirements are –

A 64-bit processor.
OS: Windows 10 64-bit.
Processor: Intel Core i5 6600k or AMD Ryzen 5 1600.
Memory: 8 GB RAM.
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 570.
DirectX: Version 12.
Network: Broadband Internet connection.
Storage: 100 GB available space.
