Pokémon HOME is a cloud service for Nintendo Switch and compatible mobile devices designed as a place where all Pokémon can gather. Pokemon Home has launched today & it’s app is now available on Android & iOS.
The Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon HOME supports connectivity with the Nintendo Switch games Pokémon Sword, Pokémon Shield, Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu!, and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!
Both the Nintendo Switch version and mobile device version of Pokémon HOME support connectivity with the Nintendo 3DS software Pokémon Bank. Now, let us take a look, how to connect Pokemon Bank with Pokemon Home.
How to prepare
To use certain functions, you will need a Nintendo Account and a Nintendo Network ID. These two types of accounts are required to utilize various services offered by Nintendo. They can be set up at no cost.
Note: A Nintendo Switch Online membership (paid) is not required.
Connecting Pokémon Bank with Pokémon HOME
Note that a Premium Plan (paid) for Pokémon HOME is required. Even if you don’t have a Nintendo 3DS, it is still possible to move Pokémon from Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME using only Pokémon HOME if the Nintendo Account tied to Pokémon HOME and the Nintendo Network ID tied to Pokémon Bank are linked. Please be aware that all Pokémon in Pokémon Bank will be moved at once in this case.
Note: Depending on your device or operating system, you may not be able to use certain features.
Note: Some features may not be available to all users in accordance with Pokémon HOME’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
