PS5 Controller: Bluetooth to USB

Many players get troubled with the Bluetooth connectivity of the PS5 controller as it sometimes leads to input lag resulting in a poor gaming experience. So, to eliminate this issue, here are the steps that you must follow to connect your PS5 controller to the console through USB:

As we all know that the PS5 controller is set to Bluetooth by Default. So, you need to change a setting in the controller so that you can connect it through a USB cable. Connecting a cable directly without changing the setting will not work in this case. So, follow these steps to change the Controller’s settings from Bluetooth to USB:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Accessories
  3. Here, under the “Controller” section, select “Communication Method”
  4. In this setting, select “Use USB Cable”
