We are mentioning this because the method to change the server map in Ark will vary according to your hosting service provider. But overall, there are some general steps you can follow for the same.   • First and foremost, you need to open the Server Control Panel. You can do this by heading to the hosting provider’s website and then logging in with your server credentials.
  • The next step is to stop the server. Once logged in, you should be able to see the button to stop your server in the Server Control Panel. Remember to stop it and not restart it.
  • After that, you need to rummage through the settings. You are looking for an option that reads “Ark Server Settings” or something along those lines.
  • With some providers like Shockbyte, you will find the Ark server settings option under the “Files” tab on the left-hand side. On the other hand, if you are using Nitrado as your server hosting provider, Ark Server settings are located under the “General” tab. The point is, it really depends on what provider you are using.
  • Nevertheless, when you find the Server Settings option, open it, and there you can change the map through the “Server Map” setting.
  • Browse through the list of available maps and select the one you want. And finally, if there is an option to save your settings, do it and then restart the server.
