Disable Steam Input

Disabling Steam Input has worked for some PC players. To disable Steam input, right click on the game in your Steam Library. Then select properties and under controller tab, set the Override for Helldivers 2 to Disable Steam Input.

Reset Keybindings

Sometimes custom rebindings can also cause the camera drift issue. Resetting it to default values has helped some players to resolve the issue.

Limit Frame Rate

High Frame Rate can sometimes leads to camera drifts. Limiting frame rate to 60 FPS can fix anomalies in camera movement. This method has worked for some players.

Peripheral Conflict

Keyboards such as Razer Huntsman can be misinterpreted as controller inputs and can cause camera drift. If you are using such keyboard or device, you can unplug and check if the issue resolves.

Inspect Hardware Issue

If this issue is occurring across multiple games, then there might be an issue with the installed hardware. It indicate issues such as stick drift in controllers or malfunctioning mouse sensitivity. You can try using another controller or mouse, and check if the issue still persists.
