It can be incredible to think that GTA 5 will be completing eight years since its release in 2021, and that is for the most part due to the way in which Rockstar Games has managed to keep the game alive and popular among its player base by continually adding new content to GTA Online: this time, we’re here talking about a new car that will be added to the game soon, made by the Karin brand in-game, and based on the Toyota Celica GT4. Right, let’s get into what we know about the car so far.
Karin is the in-game equivalent of real-life manufacturers Toyota and Lexus and going by a promotional image that was released for this car, it is already clear that it will definitely be based on the Toyota Celica GT4, which is popular amongst drifters and rally racers. Rockstar seems to want to really bank on the usage of this car in those contexts since the car has been seen with a full-body livery, which will obviously be customizable, like every other car with liveries in the game.
There is quite a bit of speculation online about whether or not the Karin car coming to the game will be customizable at Benny’s garage since it has been a good two or three updates since we last got a car that was customizable there. This car would be an absolutely perfect Benny’s car since other cars of the same class like the Pfister Comet and the Sultan RS are Benny’s cars too. However, nothing is confirmed yet, and we will have to wait till the car is released to know for sure.
If indeed the Karin car releasing soon is Benny’s garage car, you will have to look up the conversion fee for it, apart from the price of the base version. You would not want to buy the base version and then realize you do not have enough to convert it into the retro version at Benny’s, so keep that in mind.
Either way, I’m sure we are all eager to get our hands on this handsome-looking new car and look forward to seeing what sort of customization options are made available for it as well.
