Grounded 2 console commands, cheats: How to enable and use them

It has only been a few days since Grounded 2 was released in early access, but the hustle seems too tiring for players. For people wanting to breeze through the game easily and quickly, console commands and cheats have always been an option. There was widespread use of console commands for Grounded 1, and players are looking for a similar option for the sequel as well. This raises a question: Can console commands be used, and if so, how to use them? We have covered both parts below, starting with the use of third-party software to enable cheats.

Download the latest version of a third-party software called Universal Unreal Engine Unlocker. The latest version is UUU v.5.5.2. After installing, open the game and from the UUU program, go to the general tab. The tab name and options might differ a bit depending on the launcher, i.e., Xbox Game Pass or Steam. Once there, select the option to inject DLL. The program should start working, and to open up the console in the game, press the ~ key. You can now enter the commands for a specific action. However, the only commands that have worked so far, according to a Reddit post, are:

addwater 100

addfood 100

We don’t have any news on other working commands yet, but we will add more if we get any information. The obvious reason for the limited usability of commands in the game is that it’s still in early access. Naturally, most of the console commands and cheats are disabled by the developers.

However, there are other options for players who want to enable cheats in the game. You can download paid trainers and mods that make the use of cheats and console commands a lot easier. These third-party trainers provide a safe and effective way of using the cheats. For better accessibility to the full list of console commands, it is recommended that players remain patient. According to the roadmap of the game, the Fall update will soon be released, and we can expect quality of life initiatives and maybe new commands. So the custom settings of the game might give full access to all the console commands.
