Gran Turismo 7 brings new features to the franchise as well as retains older features. A feature that the game retains from old titles is the music that plays during races as well as in the main menu. Likewise, the game brings a new playlist of music that players can enjoy. Gran Turismo 7: How to change music –Gran Turismo 7 music

Unfortunately, there is no way to change to specific music during a race in Gran Turismo 7. However, there is an option that players use to turn off specific songs that they don’t want to hear during a race. This allows players to only listen to the songs that they want during the race.

How to turn off or skip specific songs in the game –

  1. First and foremost, you have to go to the showcase menu.
  2. Next up, you have to go to the bottom left of the showcase menu and select the Soundtrack button.
  3. Then, you have to turn off the songs that you don’t want to hear using the Triangle button on your controller. After doing so, the songs you turned off won’t play during races.
  4. Finally, you can now only listen to the songs you want during races.

Additionally, there are also ways for players to turn off the music in different areas of the game.

How to turn off the music in the game’s main menu –

  1. Firstly, you have to go to the main menu of the World Map mode.
  2. Next up, you have to go to the top left of the screen and click the Gran Turismo logo.
  3. Then, you have to go to Options and select Sound Volume
  4. Finally, you can lower the sound volume to the lowest.

How to turn off music during races –

  1. Firstly, you have to go to the game’s World Map.
  2. Next up, you have to go to the GT Menu by selecting the GT logo in the top left corner of the World Map.
  3. Then, you have to go to the Global section. In the Global section, you have to scroll over to the Sound Volume and press the cross button.
  4. Now, you have to scroll down to the “Play Race BGM” option.
  5. Finally, you have to press the appropriate button on your controller to turn off background music during races.
