Several users on Twitter are posting about the issue appearing in Google Nest. According to the users, Google Nest shows offline status even on having a stable internet connection. And some are saying their Nest Thermostat is not working. Well, you are not alone, many Google Nest users are also facing a similar problem.

So far, there is no official response from the company representatives. We certainly hope that the issue will be resolved quickly.
