Fix SO Player not working issue in 2021

SO Player is an IPTV player app to stream media content. IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television which essentially is an online platform on which you can watch your favourite television channels. SO Player is just a media library for this content. Don’t confuse it to an IPTV service. The SO Player works simailar to the Nora Go app.

MYIPTV is a service that uses the SO Player for streaming media content. Users can cut their cable service and use the internet for streaming their favourite movies, television channels and other media for a monthly fee. One of the greatest things about the SO Player is its UI, modern and easy to use. Although it is not as great as some streaming apps but one of, if not the best interface in the world of IPTV players.

Some users have been facing issues while using the SO player The app shows the following error.

This error says  ‘Unable to authenticate with no allowed IP addresses’ which means that your SO Player account has been logged into devices which have been connected to multiple Wi-Fis and the company has locked the account due to the same. You can avoid this error by not using a VPN service, not sharing your account credentials and connecting your devices to the same network while using the app. Although, there is an exception to this. Mobile Phones and Tablets can use the app on their Mobile Data. But running the app on another Wi-Fi will cause this error, even in these devices.

So, there are two ways to fix this error :-

1. Contact the Customer Support service of SO Player.

2. Connect all your devices that have been assigned in your SO Player app to the same network.
