Byju’s has changed the face of education. In today’s modern world, digitalization has become a part of our lives and the same applies in terms of education and learning. A famous man has once said that learning never stops. Byju’s has lived this phrase. We can say this without any doubt because we all went through the phase of Covid-19 pandemic and it has still not come to an end. Public gatherings are being avoided up to a great extent till a permanent cure is found. But unfortunately, this has also affected the education of children. Many schools have not opened up till now and this has been a major disadvantage for children.
But Byju’s, through its digital learning system has been able to provide education to children even when they are at home. The app runs on a freemium model and it provides free access to all of its content for the first 15 days after registration. Released in August 2015, the app has educational content for students from 4th to 12th standard. The app has also started the Early Learning Program for students of Class 1 to 3 in the year 2019. The best part of the app is that it explains academic subjects and concepts in digital animation videos of 12 to 20 minutes duration. Byju’s recently also launched the Early Learn App for kindergarten students.
But access to Byju’s sometimes comes to a halt because of some major issues. One of them is the Error Code 12014. A large number of users have been facing the Error Code 12014 when they try to access the app. The error 12014 implies an issue that happens at the time of loading certificate when a link is made between SMTP or Simple Mail Transfer Protocol and TLS or Transport Layer Security for authentication. Users have said that they cannot watch the short videos or use the other features when this error occurs on Byju’s. Also, many users said that they have been logged out of their account. Users tried to access the app for multiple times but the problem still exists. A root cause for this issue is still unknown and even Byju’s has not suggested any official solution to sort out this problem. Still, if you wish to fix it by yourself, you can follow these steps –
- Clear the data of the application.
- Check your Network Settings and ensure that the network coverage is good in your area.
- Switch off your device and restart it and check if the problem still exists.
- Uninstall the app and reinstall it.
