For a change this post isn’t about the misery of not getting your GeForce RTX 30XX cards. I mean, not entirely at least. The recent development concerning the new Ampere GPUs have been fairly optimistic. Manufacturers have started revamping their stocks and online retailers too are supplying orders at a decent rate. Many online retailers were found guilty of selling these scarce RTX 30 series cards at overpriced rates. Things are slowly normalizing. We recently found out that EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 stock had arrived at Amazon UK. Little did people know it would be over before many were even informed of its arrival.
It was only yesterday that EVGA claimed that it would refill its stock by October end. Most customers are busy keeping track of time since then, hoping they get their graphics cards ASAP. On a positive note, Amazon UK did get stock for EVGA RTX 3080 XC3, but before people could get aware, the cards ran out. No one’s shocked really. However, a few cancellations and delays are expected because Amazon also had only so much of XC3s. The EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 features iCX3 cooling that maximizes the thermal contact area on graphics components. If you also missed out on the same, then we would advise you to install Distill.
Distill is a plugin that monitors changes on web pages. By using that plugin you can get yourselves informed whenever your desired card becomes available. We had earlier done an article regarding monitoring the official NVIDIA page for GeForce RTX 30 updates. Click here to check that out.
