Further to our previous article about the trailer release date for Dying Light 2 (which was right!), we’re back to talk about Dying Light 2 and its pre-order bonuses. There’s more than one edition of the game that’s becoming available, so let’s get right into it.
Dying Light 2: Stay Human has been confirmed to be coming out on December 7th. While that may seem like a long wait, what’s a few months more when we’ve been waiting for two years with no news whatsoever? The game will be releasing on both the next-gen and current-gen systems of PlayStation and Xbox, as well as PC.
Every pre-order, regardless of edition, comes with what is called the “Reload Skin Pack DLC”. It includes a special weapon, a paraglider skin, and a matching outfit. If you pre-order a physical copy of the game, you’ll also get three artwork cards along with the Reload pack.
Standard Edition
The Standard Edition of the game comes with the Reload Skin Pack, which we just talked about. This version of the game costs $59.99.
Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition gets you the first part of the Post-Launch Story DLC, which we know nothing of yet. It also comes with a Legendary Skin Pack, some exclusive Weapon Charms, and wallpapers for your console. Finally, it also gets you digital editions of the official comic, soundtrack, and artwork. Once the physical Deluxe becomes available, it will ship your game in a special steel book case. This edition of the game costs $79.99 to purchase.
Ultimate Edition
This version comes with all the goodies of the previous edition, with some added on top. There’s an expansion pass, and some extra crafting items, apart from a 2 hour night XP bonus. It’ll set you back $99.99.
Collector’s edition
The incredible collector’s edition ships with everything from the previous editions along with a UV Lamp statuette and UV stickers, a flashlight, a map of the city, and an artbook. It’ll set you back by $229.99.
