Dredge Inventory getting Deleted after upgrading to Tier-4 Hull Issue: Is there any fix yet?
While the devs are aware of this issue, there is still no official fix for it. As we mentioned before, quite a few players have reported that their Inventory is getting deleted after upgrading to Tier-4 Hull. This is a very serious issue because most people aren’t even able to sail to the ocean and fish normally. Restarting Dredge does not seem to be of any help because the game just crashes as soon as you load a save file. This means that you need to fix the issue before you can continue playing the game. The devs have also asked the players affected by the issue to let them know about their equipment.
According to the available information, folks had a mix of items on their ship like Oceanic Hadal Abyssal rod, Coastal Mangrove Shallow Volcanic rod, L-shaped engines, Halogen light, and a couple of other things. So, it does not look like the error stems from using a specific item on your fishing trawler. It looks like the problem is with the game’s code. Fortunately, the devs are aware of the issue and are trying their best to fix it as fast as they can. But for now, there does not seem to be a specific date for any hotfix update. In the meantime, you can try removing any new item that you might have added to your fishing boat. Also, you can try loading a previous save file, however, the process to access it is complicated since the game doesn’t feature a manual save option. Well, this also brings us to the end of the article. We will update it once a hotfix is available. So, stay tuned to Digi Statement.
