Dread Delusion: How to get a Map?
The quest you need to complete in order to find a map is called “Hallowshire Cartography”. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to complete the side quest and obtain a map.
- Locate the Cartographer: Travel to the southeast of Hallow Town and find the Cartographer on a small island.
- Start the Side-Quest: Talk to the Cartographer and this will trigger the “Hallowshire Cartography” side-quest. He will provide you with a map laced with some spells and a Cartography Notebook.
- Mark Landmarks: Use the Cartography Notebook to mark at least 4 landmarks in Hallowshire:
- The Hallow Clocktower
- The Cultists’ farms
- The Goblin forest
- The point where the river branches into two at the south side.
- Additional Landmarks: You also have the option to mark all the remaining locations listed on the map provided by the Cartographer. This is not important to complete the quest, but we still recommend that you go ahead and mark all the provided locations. Each marked location earns you Cartography Landmarks, for which the Cartographer will pay you coins.
- Claim Your Reward: Your quest log will update, indicating that you have successfully located and marked all the landmarks in Hallowshire.
