With each passing day, we are moving a step closer to Huawei’s Mate 40 series launch event. As mentioned earlier in a post, Huawei will launch its Mate 40 series on October 22 this year. And now, just a few days before the official Huawei Mater 40 launch event, the stock wallpapers of Huawei Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro is now leaked.

Huawei Mate 40 series specs:
According to the TENNA listing, the Mate 40 will launch with a 6.5-inch display and the battery capacity will be 4000 mAh battery. Other than that, Huawei’s Mate40 series is expected to come with the Android 10 operating system with EMUI on top which comes with many advanced features. This handset will launch with the Kirin 9000 5G SoC chip.
As far as the camera is concerned, we may get a dual selfie lens on Mate 40 Pro model which will include a Sony IMX588 camera and a ToF sensor Sony IMX516. It is also claimed that the Huawei Mate 40 series has a Sony IMX700 lens. Sony IMX700 is the 50-megapixel sensor also provided on the Honor 30 Pro+ flagship phone.
In terms of design, Mate 40 may possess a curved-edge display with a dual punch-hole camera in the top left and now you can also get to see the physical volume buttons on the side borders again, this makes it more convenient for users to use the device while the device will continue to provide virtual buttons.
