Doom Eternal has received a great welcome with much appreciation and rating scores. But like every other new game, it is suffering from a lot of issues. A number of players are frustrated already frustrated over FPS, Crashes, and various game issues; now myriad bonus skins are also causing them additional pain. As per reports, a lot of players have been facing a bug where the bonus skins are not showing up. They are also having problems in redeeming codes and keys from Twitch Prime and Best Buy. So, let’s have a look at the detailed overview of the mentioned problems.
No DOOT Revenant And Shotgun Skins Are Not Showing Up
If you have purchased Doom Eternal deluxe edition, then you will get these two skins as a bonus, but it looks like a number of players haven’t received them. If you have purchased a physical version, you must have the bonus codes, and if it’s not the case then asks your retailer to give the codes. If you ordered the game digitally, then try the “reconcile entitlements” option in the settings. If the problem still persists, then drop a mail to Bethesda support.
Best Buy Key Is Missing
A lot of people who have brought the game from Best Buy have received mail with “0” instead of bonus key codes. Simple “0” won’t work in the redeem box. You have to knock Best Buy’s helpline. Since the issue is happening with a lot of people, you may find the helplines crowded.
Twitch Prime Doomicorn Skin Missing
Twitch Prime exclusive Doomicorn Skin is not available to the game. According to Twitch, they haven’t sent out the codes to anyone. So, give them a little time, and if still, you don’t get the codes, then contact Twitch Support.
All the issues should be fixed in a few days, but if nothing happens, feel free to contact Bethesda Support.
