If you have purchased Doom Eternal deluxe edition, then you will get these two skins as a bonus, but it looks like a number of players haven’t received them. If you have purchased a physical version, you must have the bonus codes, and if it’s not the case then asks your retailer to give the codes. If you ordered the game digitally, then try the “reconcile entitlements” option in the settings. If the problem still persists, then drop a mail to Bethesda support.
Best Buy Key Is Missing
A lot of people who have brought the game from Best Buy have received mail with “0” instead of bonus key codes. Simple “0” won’t work in the redeem box. You have to knock Best Buy’s helpline. Since the issue is happening with a lot of people, you may find the helplines crowded.
Twitch Prime Doomicorn Skin Missing
Twitch Prime exclusive Doomicorn Skin is not available to the game. According to Twitch, they haven’t sent out the codes to anyone. So, give them a little time, and if still, you don’t get the codes, then contact Twitch Support.
