Recently Sony TV users have reported a problem related to Disney+. Sony TV users said that they have been experiencing an error while using Disney+. It is the Error Code 83. The major issue that has emerged because of this error is that users are not able to load the app on their TV. Their internet connection is fine and all the other apps have been working properly. Users said that the error has been appearing constantly for many days and weeks. Users said that they are not able to access Disney+ because of this error.
Users said that most of the time, the error appeared while launching the app. Some said that the screen used to freeze for a few seconds on the launch page and suddenly the Error Code 83 appeared. A few others said that they were watching some content and suddenly the app stopped by itself. After that, when they tried to launch it again, Error Code 83 appeared on the screen. - Check the speed of your internet and make sure that it is fast and stable.
- Disconnect the mobile data or Wi-Fi connection for a few seconds and reconnect it.
- Restart the Wi-Fi modem.
- Sign out of Disney+ and sign in again.
- Delete Disney+ and reinstall it.
