Players who pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe or Ultimate Edition of the game have already gotten their hands on Diablo 4 as part of the early access. If you are itching to get some early Diablo 4 fun, then you can head to the Diablo 4 website and purchase either of the two editions. The Digital Deluxe Edition is available for purchase for a total of $89.99, whereas the Ultimate Edition can be bought for $99.99. Besides getting an early access spot for Diablo 4, players also get certain pre-order bonus items.
Developers provide pre-order bonuses with their games to entice players. Most pre-order bonuses depend upon the level or edition a player is buying, which generally ranges from basic/standard to ultimate and such. Basic or Standard Editions don’t really feature much or anything special for that matter, but from the next level forward, players will start to get various bonus items. In Diablo 4, you can choose from a total of three editions: the Standard Edition, the Digital Deluxe Edition, and the Ultimate Edition. Purchasing any one of the three will give you access to the base game, but only Deluxe and Ultimate will allow you to play the game right now, before its official release. The Standard Edition does come with some bonus items, but the Deluxe and Ultimate are slightly better in that case. Now, if you have already purchased the Deluxe/Ultimate Edition, you might be wondering where or how you get the pre-order bonus items in Diablo 4. So, we have shared all the details on the same.
Diablo 4 Preorder Bonus Items: How to get
Players can get the Light-Bearer Mount, Caparison of Faith Mount Armor, Temptation Mount, and Hellborn Carapace Mount Armor as a pre-order bonus for buying the available editions of the game. Note that you also get other pre-bonus items as well. But to get these mounts, you will need to progress through the in-game story.
To get the pre-order bonus mounts, you need to go and speak to the Stable Master in Kyovashad. After talking to him, you will be able to see all the available mount cosmetics and such. However, you will not be able to equip a mount until you complete the “Donan’s Favor” quest in Act 4.
It’s important to know that besides reaching the beginning of Act 4, players also need to have completed the “A Master’s Touch” quest to access “Donan’s Favor”. Unlocking the mount is a huge game-changer in Diablo 4, so we are sure that you will enjoy it. You will be able to call on the mount outside and even in towns. Furthermore, dismounting will lead to a ten-second cooldown, so the wait isn’t “that” long.
