There are a couple of ways to fix the Infinite Queue error in Diablo 4. Since this issue is related to the game’s servers, there’s only so much that players can do from their end. But nonetheless, we have listed some methods that will help you out.
1) Restart the game-
If you have been queued for a while and are still unable to enter the game, then you might want to restart Diablo 4. A lot of times, small bugs and glitches can also lead to these types of issues. So, close the game and wait for a couple of minutes before restarting.
2) Check your network connection-
Next, make sure that you are getting a stable internet connection. If not, then you might run into this issue in the game. We also recommend using an ethernet cable over a wireless connection while gaming. You should also power cycle your networking devices while you’re at it. Below, we will tell you how to do so.
- Disconnect your router and modem from the internet.
- Now, turn off the power supply and wait for 60 seconds.
- Turn the devices back on and connect them to the internet.
- Only connect your PC to the network and launch the game.
3) Reconnect your PSN account to Battle.net-
Quite a few players were able to resolve the issue by reconnecting their PSN accounts to Battle.net. Once you do this, reinstall the game. Now, you can perform this step for Xbox and PC as well. In these cases, reconnect your Microsoft or Xbox account in Battle.net.
4) Change your region-
It is possible that too many people are trying to enter the game from your region. This is quite a common issue with online games. To fix this, you can change your in-game location to somewhere else and then try queuing. It is possible that this will fix the error, however, you will get much more ping.
5) Start the game some other time-
Although Blizzard should and probably will upgrade their servers soon, you can try finding the right time when the traffic is low and then launch Diablo 4 to avoid the Infinite Queue error. As we mentioned before, this issue generally occurs when too many people are trying to enter the game at the same time.
