1) Restart the game-
This is the first thing that you need to do when you encounter these types of issues. Generally, some small glitch or bug could be preventing you from logging into the game. So, once you close the game, launch it after a couple of minutes and check if the issue persists.
2) Check your internet connection-
Next, make sure that you have a stable internet connection. This is very important during the login and validation process. Check that you are getting a decent internet speed. We also recommend using an ethernet cable over a wireless connection while gaming. You should also power cycle your networking devices just to be on the safe side.
3) Verify the game files-
it is possible that the game is throwing this error code due to corrupt or missing game files. You can repair these files through the Battle.net application. We have listed all the steps to do so.
