Updated August 18, 2021 : A lot of new reports have been surfacing from users, where they are are seeing large negative Silver balances. Well, currently it has not been confirmed by Bungie. We are seeing a surge in reports regarding this issue. Currently, it is not confirmed, whether the issue is only troubling Xbox players (as happened last time) or it is also affecting players on the other platforms. As there will be more build up on this from players reports, we will update the article.
Also, whenever there will be an official acknowledgement regarding this issue from Bungie Support, we will update the article accordingly.

Destiny 2 is one of the most popular games from Bungie, and the game which was released in 2017 is still popular among fans. The reason behind this is the regular addition of new and good content to the game.
Destiny completed its 3rd year in September 2019. Cut to now, Destiny 2 : Forsaken Expansion is not appearing on the EU PlayStation store currently.
Coming to the topic, many Destiny 2 players on Xbox are currently observing large negative Silver balances. Bungie has recommended those players to reboot their consoles and log back into Destiny 2 to verify the issue.
Team Bungie is currently investigating the issue & players who are persistently having this issue should report to the help forum. Have a look at the official statement down below.
