Kimetsu No Yaiba Chapter 196 is live online on various platforms, and it shows how powerful is Tamyo’s medicine which reminds Muzan of her every time. At the beginning of the chapter, we see Nezuko running on the outskirts of the town. Amid the way, she begins to see a flashback of Muzan killing everybody in her family for making a sun conquering Demon. She also sees Pillars in her confused mind, and when she begins to crumble, she sees the illusion of Tanjiro standing in front, which makes her normal. Then she gets back her human sense and cries because of what happened to her family.
On the other hand, Muzan senses that all pillars are not dead, and Yushiro is treating them. He tries to escape from the field by diving himself just like he did with Yoriichi, but he fails to do so. Then he gets to know that there was a third substance in Tamyo’s drug which prevent diving and suddenly coughs blood. In his inner self, Tamayo says that there was also a fourth substance in the drug which will begin cell destruction after weakening them.
