Dell is a Multinational Company that deals in developing and selling of computer related products. It is one of the largest PC product companies in the world. Dell has been named after its founder, Micheal Dell who is also the current CEO of the company.
Dell was purely a hardware vendor until 2009, then it acquired Perot Systems. This marked the beginning of Dell becoming the all-in-one IT Solutions company that it is today. The company further expanded into networking and storage to become the go-to company for commercial clients.

Dell has a software for their commercial clients called Dell Command. The software provides updates for all your PC components. The application simplifies the process of updating your Motherboard’s BIOS, system firmware and drivers. Dell Command can also be used to download drivers for your system after the application has identified your system hardware. The application also has a feature called Dell I Cloud Repository Manager which allows the user to create a repository about when the system has been updated. Dell updated the app to ver.4.0 and the following things have been changed:-

- Support for Intel’s 12th generation processors.
- Support for Windows DCH (Declarative Componentized Hardware supported apps) drivers.
