Dead by Daylight is an intense isometric horror PvP online multiplayer video game from the developer studio, Behaviour Interactive. The game is a 5-player asymmetrical or 4vs1 multiplayer online game. It is also a game that is available on almost all mainstream platforms such as PC, Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia, iOS, and also on Android.

Chapter 21 Update
The game received a Chapter update not so long ago. After weeks of a teaser about the Chapter 21 event from Behaviour Interactive, the event finally began on September 7. The event update release featured an iconic villain from the Hellraiser franchise. Updates in Dead by Daylight usually add new killers and survivors to the game in the same update. However, the Chapter 21 update only added a new killer character in Pinhead.
New Halloween Update
The upcoming Halloween-themed update is called Hour of the Witch. The update is a seasonal update that is set to bring new Halloween content to the game. Likewise, the new survivor character coming to the game is Mikaela Reid. She is a new survivor character following the last update that added a new killer to the game. For Honor X Dead by Daylight Event
According to leaks online, the information is that a new Halloween event is coming to the game. The Halloween event is expected to be a crossover between For Honor and Dead by Daylight. This is a major crossover between two popular game franchises. Similarly, Dead by Daylight also received a crossover event with Resident Evil a while ago. The update is not a Chapter release. The last Chapter release was the Chapter 21 update. Details and information regarding the crossover event are not available yet. Also, we should only take this information with a grain of salt unless an official announcement arrives.
