@mwlauthor @CarlaSchroder We offer real help. There are entire books on how to configure DNS properly. If an ISP chooses not to, we can’t help them. Monopolistic ISP coverage in an area is a legal issue. I would *love* to compete with Comcast, AT&T, etc, but they’ve locked whole areas up.

@laxgani Like salt on an open wound: @comcast @Xfinity forcing me to do an app upgrade before reporting the third outage in a week. (My cell carrier is pricey, but thankfully their dial tone is always on.)
While observing the reports from an outage tracking website, one can clearly notice there is an increase in issues from the last few hours. Have a look at the outage report & map down below.
Any official word on the matter? No, not yet. We’re not able to obtain a word from the official service channels or their social media handles.
