Call of Duty (COD) Warzone 2 is one of the most popular games in the Call of Duty Franchise. There are a lot of players who are in love with it since it features crossplay. The concept of Crossplay comes into action when you pair with a player who is playing from a different platform. For example, a PC player can play with an Xbox player and vice versa. You can replace the words PC and Xbox with any other console that the game supports. However, there are many players who are actually having trouble enabling this feature in the game. If you are among such players and are looking for a guide, then we are here to help. In this article, we will be covering all the important details about how to enable Crossplay in Call of Duty (COD) Warzone 2.

Call of Duty (COD) Warzone 2: How to enable Crossplay

On PC

If you are a PC player, then you will already be playing with ‘Crossplay’ enabled. This is applicable to all Steam and Battle.net users. So, PC players can directly play the game without worrying about whether Crossplay is ON or OFF. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to turn Crossplay OFF on PC.

On PlayStation

Follow these steps:

  • Launch the game and head to the Main Menu.
  • After reaching the Main Menu of the game, head to ‘Options’.
  • Then, press the ‘R1’ button in order to open ‘Settings’.
  • After this, head to the menu having the name ‘Account and Network’. There, you will be able to find the ‘Crossplay’ option. All you need to do is simply turn it ON.

On Xbox

Follow these steps:

  • Turn on your Xbox and head to General Settings. Note that here we are talking about the Xbox settings and not the Call of Duty (COD) Warzone 2 settings.
  • Click on the option ‘Online Safety and Family’.
  • Then, head into ‘Privacy and Online Safety’ and select the option ‘Xbox Privacy’.
  • After this, you will be able to see an option with the name ‘Details and Customize’ on your screen. Select this option.
  • Then, select ‘Communication and Multiplayer’.
  • After this, select the option ‘Cross-Network’ Play and then set the option to ON.

Note that you are making these changes on your Xbox and not in the game, so this will reflect on all the game present on your Xbox. After going through these steps and implementing them, crossplay will be enabled.
