First of all, for the Steam Deck settings, go ahead and set the Scaling Filter to Integer. Following that, open RuneLite and checkmark the following options:
- Remember client position
- Enable custom window chrome
Now, restart the client, and head over to the Runelite plugin. Here, set Resize Type to Keep Window Size, Contain in Screen to Never, and Game Size to 1002 x 776. Next, select the Fullscreen icon and then checkmark the Lock window size option. Once all of this is done, make sure to save the changes made. You can do this by exiting RuneLite using the “X” button on the top-right corner.
Besides all this, we highly recommend that you update your SteamOS to the latest version available. This will help you avoid a lot of issues, so make sure you do that. Also, you can install the CryoUtilities app if you want and use its recommended settings.
