@Bell@Bell_Support where is my internet!? No signal….no television…running everything off my Rogers Cell data (more reliable) how am I supposed to call if your 310-Bell number won’t answer. Failing customer service AGAIN! DM me and fix this problem. #timetoswitch
@Bell My interenet is down, restarted the modem multiple times, logged into my account where the status shows ‘down’. Tried calling technical support, but apparently you’re “not able to answer my call at this time”?!?! Are you serious?! What the hell kind of service is that??
