Eren has initiated his plan. The long-awaited chapter has come out which everyone was waiting about, that what was the Eren’s plan. He started rumbling and has ordered those hundreds of colossal titans to kill everyone that lives outside of the island, that means he has ordered titans to kill all the marleyians.
Before that eren shared his plan to all the Eldians through the power of the founder’s titan. His plan was as,
“ Hear me, all Subjects of Ymir. My name is Eren Yeager. I now speak to all Subjects of Ymir by way of the Founding Titan’s power. Every wall on the island of Paradis has been unhardened.
All of the Titans buried within them have begun to walk. My goal…is to protect the people of Paradis, who bore me and raised me. But the world desires the extinction of the people of Paradis. Over countless years, their hatred has grown beyond this island.
They surely will not stop until they have killed every one of the Subjects of Ymir. I reject their desire. The Titans of the Walls will trample and rumble all the lands beyond this island. Until the lives there…are eliminated from this world.”

We still don’t know if there is a hidden message behind the message, all Eren really plans to kill everyone. The battle still can go a number of ways depending on what Eren really is thinking. Like what if he plans to unite all the race by becoming bad himself.
He knows he doesn’t have much time to live anyways as the humans who gain power of the titans only live for 14 years after getting it. The chapter also shows a flashback of how the survey corps explored the political situation of the outside world or to say of the Marley.
It was at that time only when Eren shows his change in behavior and started spending his time alone away from everyone.
Predictions of Chapter 124
The next chapter might only focus on Eren’s plan being initiated. It would show how the survey corps and the other forces would handle the colossal titans. Mikasa and Armin could be shown to have a talk with Eren. Maybe more foresight would be given to what actually Eren wants.
But it is not to be forgiven that Eren did order titans to kill everyone, he had already killed many innocent people and kids and he was the one who was behind the killing of the royal family by forcing his father Grisha to do so.
Levi and Hanji are still no where to be seen. Maybe the next chapter would go like that way too.
