Well, after you progress enough in the in-game storyline and reach Chapter 2, the game will give you access to OS TUNING along with Arena, one of the three modes available in the game. Now, OS Tuning allows you to obtain some of the best abilities in the game. These abilities can be upgraded and unlocked by using OST Chips. These chips can be gained by achieving victory in the previously mentioned Arena mode.
