Note: Purchasing the DLC allows you to tame Pyromane in-game. If you don’t purchase it, you will still encounter Pyromanes in their usual spawn locations.

ARK Survival Ascended Pyromane location & How to tame it?
Before you go about taming these creatures, you will have to know where they usually spawn. Well, the new Pyromane is available in the Lava Island region of the Center map, near the lava pools. However, do note that the spawn rate of these creatures is on the lower side, so you might need to wait a while before you come across one.
Now, suppose you are able to find a Pyromane in the wild. What should you do to tame it? Well, it is not a knockout tame, but rather a passive one. To tame a Pyromane, you should first be equipped with good armor for extra protection and a shotgun. Once you are done with this, get close to the creature and enter its aggro range. It has a huge aggro range, so be careful. After it is aggroed, you will have to find a water source and lure the Pyromane into the water body.
If it steps into the water body, the flames of the Pyromane will extinguish. Now, equip the shotgun and shoot it continuously until its armor breaks. Once broken, you can ride the Pyromane. But it isn’t tamed yet. While riding, you will have to kill a bunch of creatures, but within a 30-second interval. If you are unable to kill another creature within 30 seconds, the Pyromane will throw you off of its back, and a 5-minute riding cooldown will commence. So, make sure the killing spree continues until the creature is tamed. Once the taming bar is filled, you will need to press the LCtrl+M1 buttons to tame the Pyromane.
