Among Us 3D uses KWS or Kids Web Services for the verification process in case the person who is trying to log in to the game is below 18 years of age. The KWS system isn’t working as intended, as multiple players haven’t received any email. What’s worse is that you can’t access the in-game menu or close the game. Among Us 3D Verification Email Not Received Issue: Is there any fix yet
As per the official Player Support Steam account of Schell Games, the verification email can take a few hours to be delivered. This is most likely due to the recent influx of players diving into the game. Here’s what they said exactly:

Be sure to check all email inboxes, including your spam filter to ensure you see it when it arrives. We apologize for the inconvenience.
So, it’s best to wait for a few hours and then check all the email inboxes, including spam, to verify whether you’ve received the email. If not, then you can try these workarounds:
Remove connected email from KWS and try again
A player was able to bypass this issue by simply removing KWS from their email that’s selected for the same and then when they entered the game, they registered their email again and bypassed the issue. You can also try the same.
Restart
Another player confirmed that after restarting Among Us 3D multiple times, they were able to fix this issue. You can also try the same. But they also mentioned that the issue returned after a while.
Set the right age
If you are above 18 years old, then this issue should not bother you. Once the game realizes that the player is over 18, it doesn’t need KWS to verify the same, and you’ll be able to play Among Us 3D with ease.
Reinstall
If the issue persists, you can try reinstalling the game and signing in again. This might be the ultimate solution to the issue so give it a try.
