Amazon Prime Music (Alexa) down – Music & Radio Stations not streaming (playing) for many users

.@AmazonHelp our @Alexa devices won’t play radio stations such as @NPR or music/stations from the @amazonmusic catalog. Just an “I’m sorry but I’ve reported this” error message on repeat. Is this happening for other people?
