GTA Online is a really cool game and if you know how to play it, you know how cool it can get, and dangerous as well. Some of the coolest stuff in the game is the vehicles. And one such vehicle we should know about is the Oppressor Mark II.
It is also known as the griefer’s best friend! It is pretty easy to control, does not need any special skills, and the homing missiles track quite aggressively to kill the one you shoot these at!
But, are there any vehicles in the game to counter the Oppressor Mk II? Yes, there are quite a few of them. Here are some of the vehicles using which you can counter the all-powerful Oppressor Mk II –
MOBILE OPERATIONS CENTER
The Mobile Operations Center or the MOV may seem to be useless in 2022, but there is one thing it is really good at, and it can’t be ignored. We are talking about the truck that pulls the big trailer. Wondering what this has to do? The cab can tank up to 65 or 70 homing missiles before it blows up! And an Oppressor Mk II has a total of about 20 missiles.
If you do the math, you will need about four Oppressor Mk IIs firing missiles together at you to blow you away! And that is something too difficult to do! And you can very well throw sticky bombs or grenades out of it and shoot as well! So if any Oppressor comes near you, you can go for these. So if any guy on the Oppressor is annoying you, you know where to go!
NIGHTSHARK
The Nightshark is an SUV form of the Kuruma and is a great one to choose. The best part about this vehicle is that you can very well spawn it right next to you whenever you want, unlike the MOC which needs a large space somewhere else.
The MOC can take up to 70 homing missiles, and the Nightshark can tank over 20 of them. This might not seem to be a strong number but still is somewhat enough to give you a chance of saving yourself from the griefers.
It is surprisingly fast and if you want, you can put some extra shields on the windows to reduce your hitbox inside the vehicle. But if you do so, you will not be able to shoot or throw sticky bombs or grenades out of it. So if you are going to use the Nightshark specifically to counter the Oppressor Mark II, it is recommended not to use the extra armor platings on the windows. Keep in mind that the Nightshark is important in surviving against the Oppressor griefers and not killing them.
TOREADOR
The Toreador is the better version of the Stromberg, and you can bet on it. But here is the fact. The Toreador is not bulletproof, it can’t carry a lot of rockets but can travel underwater. But why is this Toreador a counter to the Oppressor Mark II? It is because of just one thing only! The Toreador has an excellent homing missile tracking system that tracks and kills the enemies a bit too aggressively!
Here is the math. Every time you fire a homing missile at an Oppressor griefer, it will kill them about 90% of the time! And that is a great number! The best part is this tracking only. Even if the Oppressor is flying over your head, or it performs a 180 flip, the homing missile will track it and kill the griefer. So if an Oppressor fires two or three rockets at you (one or two may hit you!), before they lock on the fourth one, you will be able to track them and kill them!
FULLY LOADED RUINER 2000
Whatever you read about the Toreador applies to the Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 as well! To get the Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000, you will need the Ruiner 2000 first. And for that, you need to go to the Warstock.
It may be quite pricey, about $5,745,600, but it is worth buying. Once you have it, you will have the VIP work called the Fully Loaded available. It will ask you to go and pick the Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 and you will have it.
The homing missiles of the Ruiner track even more aggressively and have an almost 100% kill record. And you are not going to blow up too soon while driving this as it can tank up to over 20 homing missiles! You will literally be unkillable in this vehicle!
IMANI TECH MISSILE LOCK-ON JAMMER
So what is the best way to stop Oppressor Mark II Griefer? Well, do not let them lock onto you! And this is exactly what the Imani lock-on jammer does. There are about four vehicles (actually six) that would let you put this lock-on jammer – the Buffalo STX, the Deity, the Champion, the Jubilee, the Patriot, and the Granger.
You will also need an agency and a vehicle workshop in your agency! This is expensive, and then you will have to buy the missile lock-on jammer for another $400,000. And then you can also use extra protective armor that will cost you some extra dollars as well! After you do all this, not only will you be safe from lock-on, but you will be able to take about 10 homing missiles and four normal ones as well!
