Okay, things got a little rowdy there. Not only did we see a beef between the sisters but also we saw the sister bond nearly ending. Or is it just an emotional ride between Yotsuba and Nino? And what about the confession part?
The chapter begins with Uesugi being called by Ichika.
First, we see that he gets embarrassed by the crowd. People were discussing how lame it is to be actually proposing at the festival. We think that they were pointing it as something old school for a new generation. Okay, that triggered Uesugi. Then enters Ichika who till now didn’t tell him why he was called here. She says that she wanted to go out with him. Uesugi gets defensive and Ichika being perceptive tells him to rest assured as she already spoke to Yotsuba.
She rants that all her colleagues were mostly older. And she, on the other hand, wanted to enjoy for which they all were also “too mature”. So she and Uesugi played badminton and Uesugi tells something about Yotsuba’s confession being doubtful since she said I love you but I have something to do! This made Ichika rethink the facts and her mind tells that Uesugi still is single. And she made him realise that he hasn’t confessed to her. Next, we see her pondering about all the things that happened and she realised the things Nino said Yotsuba said. She is probably out of the race. But we know she is a master of deception! So, maybe in the next chapters, we might see her again.
Next, we see the beef between Nino and Yotsuba where
Nino being the proud one says “I don’t want to be pitied” after which she bashfully proclaims that she is ending her sister bond. Then we see Ichika telling everything to Itsuki
Who actually wanted to congratulate him. Lastly, Mika gets involved with Yotsuba. So the chapter summed up many things and we definitely would be seeing more drama between the sisters. But, who was the bell kisser? Till now that has been a bigger question. And what will happen next? Miku and Nino surely won’t be quitting. Funny, Miku tries to copy Yotsuba but she can’t copy her athletic abilities.
And what will happen if Maruo finds out this? The protective stepdad will surely give a nice beating to Uesugi.
