Forza Horizon 4 is a racing video game released in 2018 by Microsoft Studios and developed by Playground Games. Though this game has earned popularity, it contains several errors. Method 1
This is quite a long process and hence pay attention to the details.
First, you need to verify that your computer’s “Offline Permissions” is turned on. Open Microsoft store then click your profile picture and then select “Settings.”
Scroll down to “Offline Permissions” then make sure “Make this PC the one I use to run some games or apps that have limited licenses, even when I’m offline” is set to “On.” Next, unplug the network cable from the network port to disconnect your computer from the internet.
After this, go to your Windows 10 “Settings,” “Storage,” “Apps & games,” “Forza Horizon 4,” “Advanced Options” then select the “Reset” button. Next, start the game and play for several minutes to create a new local save. After this, connect your computer back to the internet.
Method 2- Windows Configuration
Press the Windows key + R to bring up the “Run” dialog then type without quotes “msconfig” then hit Enter. In “System Configuration” window, go to “Services” tab then check “Hide All Microsoft Services.” Next, click “Disable All” then click “Apply.” After this, go to “Startup” tab and click “Disable all.” Click “OK” to exit the “System Configuration” window then restart the computer.
After booting, check “Don’t show this message or launch the System” when the “System Configuration Utility” window appears. If the problem continues, try to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer.
Press the Windows key then type the following in the search field: ‘Windows PowerShell’.
Right-click “Windows PowerShell” in the search results then select “Run as administrator.”
On the next screen, type the following to uninstall the Xbox app then hit Enter.
