Guilty Gear Strive
Guilty Gear Strive stylized as Guilty Gear -STRIVE- is the latest instalment in the Guilty Gear franchise. It is developed by Arc Works and published by none other than Sega. It will be the seventh mainline instalment and overall its twenty-fourth release. Guilty Gear is a fighting game series and has been so since its inception. This latest game will also have the traditional button layout but adds Dash. The plot is very intriguing and follows Sol Badguy as a new enemy known as “that man” appears in the scene.
Asuka R. Kreutz, known as “That Man” left his mark as the worst criminal in all of history by creating Gears and initiating the Crusades, surrendered to the U.S. government. The man who turned him into a Gear… while Sol now sought revenge on him, he was once a close friend.
Trying to guess Asuka’s true intentions, Sol stood up with his weapon in hand.
…the time had come at last to settle his fate with Asuka R. Kreutz!
The release date for 2021
The game was supposed to be released on April 6, 2021, but has now been pushed back. The new release date for Guilty Gear Strive is 11th June 2021. We simply cannot wait for the game to come out. The fans have been waiting for a new game to drop for the latest consoles with cutting edge graphics for a while now. And the success of the new consoles just increases the hype for the game to a whole new level.
Release Platforms
Guilty Gear Strive is confirmed to be released on Playstation 4, Playstation 5 and PC. There is no news about Xbox Series X|S as of yet. We can just wait and watch at this point hoping for the best. Happy Gaming!
