WWE Network on Fire TV Stick

There was a time when it was necessary to purchase a Smart TV in order to access any online platform on the big screen. However, the introduction of Amazon Fire TV Stick has changed this system and now even normal LED TVs can access online content starting from Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Hotstar and many more. All you need is a LED TV with an HDMI port, connect your Fire TV Stick with the HDMI port and your LED TV will change into a Smart TV. Amazon Fire TV Stick has all the online content that was initially accessed through our mobile phones, tablets and laptops.

Talking about online content available on Fire TV Stick, I have to mention about WWE Network. It is a streaming service owned by American company WWE and it operates in Japan as a television network. It contains 24-hour linear streaming channel and on-demand programming from the huge library of WWE. It was announced on 8th January 2014 and launched on 24th February in United States. At present, the service is available at 186 out of 193 United Nations member states and two observer states like the Holy See and State of Palestine. WWE has also announced a free access to WWE Network for a limited time which also includes every past WrestleMania and other pay-per-views like SummerSlam, Royal Rumble and Survivor Series.

However, users of Fire TV Stick have been facing certain issues with watching WWE Network. A user faced a very strange issue where he tried to launch the app and he was informed that there is a new version of the app. However, when he checked it, he saw that there was no update available. Other users said that they were facing video loading issues while using WWE Network on Fire TV Stick. They said that they had to wait for hours in order to watch a video on WWE Network. Other users said that they were not able to play any video at all because an error showed that there was some network issue. A user said that when he launched WWE Network on Fire TV Stick, he was told that he has an account on WWE Network but it is not a valid account. If you are facing issues with WWE Network on your Fire TV Stick, you can fix it yourself by following these steps –

  1. Remove and reinstall the app.
  2. Check the speed of your internet connection.
  3. Switch off your TV and Wi-Fi connection for a few minutes, turn it back on and see if the the problem still exists.
