Hello, gamers what’s Poppin, recently players of the game Starward Valley were irritated by a glitch due to which some of the console players have been facing in the game, and here is a full report about it.
DEVELOPMENT
So first let us discuss the game itself, The story of the creation of this game is very interesting. It all started in 2011 when the creator of the game Eric Barone graduated and was looking for a job. He was a very bright programmer and maybe it was in his stars to be in the gaming industry. Instead of a job at an Usher in Paramount Theatre he chooses to polish his coding and programming skills and due to this he came with the idea of making a game.
Stardew Valley originally began as a modern fan-made alternative to the Harvest Moon series as he saw that the game Harvest moon got worse and lost its fanbase. The game was made with concepts picked from games like Minecraft, Animal crossing, etc.
The game was delayed so much because of the beliefs of the creator Barone who did not want the game to be put on early access as he wanted to deliver a full-fledged working game, not just a prototype. He didn’t even accept Pre-Orders as he did not want to hurt the sentiments of the community.
GLITCH
So the glitch that console players are facing is that whenever they transition from one scenery to another or just stay in the same area for some time the ground becomes Blue in color and is just ruining the experience of the game.
Even the developers acknowledged the glitch and addressed the community by tweeting that they are working on it and a patch to fix it would be out soon. The Tweet read:
“I’m aware of the “blue ground” bug on consoles… We’re investigating it, and after it’s figured out it will be fixed in a patch. Fortunately it only seems to happen in one specific area, and is only a visual bug. (This message brought to you by Joja Bluu)“
Let’s hope the patch is out soon and the game is back to normal and we may start taking care of our farm soon.
🙂 GAME ON !!!
