Content further expanded thanks to update 1.2 released this Wednesday, December 23 and which opens a new area within the title. Among this new content, we find a new event ” Chalk and dragon ” which Act 1 will ask you to collect fragments of the frost. Find out how to get it below.

How to get Rime Worn Fragments in Genshin Impact?
First of all, you should know that you will only be able to obtain it in the DragonSpine Mountains. To access this new area within the game, you will need to have an adventurer rank of 20 and have completed the quests “For a future without tears”, “Princeps Cretaceous” and “Fang festering”.
After doing “Festering Fang”, you should have Act 1 of the “Chalk and Dragon” event playing.
During this first stage of the event, you will need to collect Rime Worn Fragments. To obtain it, it will be quite simple since you will only have to eliminate any monsters on the Dragonspine Mountains to collect it as a drop.
Once you get enough of them, you won’t drop any more on enemies. Please note that the collected fragments will disappear from your inventory on January 6, 2021.
