Last year, after Huawei was banned from using Google services, the company started developing its own mobile operating system and introduced HarmonyOS as an alternative to Android. But, Huawei said that it will take time before we can see smartphones based on HarmonyOS.
In September this year, Huawei officially announced the second iteration of the HarmonyOS, the HarmonyOS 2.0. Huawei’s all-new HarmonyOS 2.0 aims to deliver a simple and secure user experience with added new distributed capabilities, including data management, and security. Adding to these, we also get an adaptive UX framework that allows developers to quickly reach tens of millions of new devices and users.
