Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War beta kicked off for all PlayStation 4 players today. But players have been complaining about serious connection issues which they are experiencing
while playing the Beta.
Earlier, Treyarch’s game designer, Director David Vonderhaar asked the Call of duty fans on Twitter, to report about the Black Ops Cold War Beta’s ups and downs. Players have reported many issues which they are currently facing but one of the most prominent one is “Connection issue.”
David Vonderhaar has come forward & responded to these ongoing connection issues in one his tweet which says the following “It is not good and I am going to chase that issue down hardcore”. He further added – “Out of all the messages he read, that one needs a lot of attention right away.”
I've seen a lot of tweets about the connection. That's not good. I don't have any information, but I am going to chase that one down hardcore. Of all the messages I've read, that one needs a lot of attention right away.

A few hours back Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War also received a small update regarding several notable fixes. And again looking at this current situation of connection issues that players are facing, we can expect another update within a day or two.
Speaking of David Vonderhaar, he is responsible for several multiplayer titles in the Call of Duty series including Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and many more. Vonderhaar is often seen as Treyarch’s unofficial community manager.
