Realme X50 Pro 5G

Realme is working hard to keep its users updated with every new feature launched. The Company is one of the fastest OEMs to start providing Android 11 to the users. In the Realme Nazro 20 series launch event, we got a clear look at the devices to get the Android 11 update and their official rollout dates.

The Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 is still under development and before the final update officially rolls out to everyone the Company is testing it for various devices. Now, the Chinese OEM has started Realme UI 2.0 beta update registrations for the X50 Pro series.

The Realme fans who want to test beta features and enjoy them earlier than others can register for this beta update which comes with almost all the features of Realme UI 2.0. This update will only be available to the selected 3000 users.

Things to know before registration:

  • This Beta update is only available for Realme X50 Pro 5G/Player Edition devices which were sold in China.
  • After flashing this update, the user data will not be cleared. But, we still recommend taking a backup before flashing.
  • To take a back up, Go to Settings -> Other Settings -> Backup and Recovery -> Backup and Recovery.
  • Since some of the third-party apps are not compatible with Android 11, it is recommended to update the device via Google Play Store. If you still face some issues, it is recommended to report the issue and patiently wait for the next update.
  • Make sure that at least 5GB of storage is free on your phone.
  • Make sure your phone is not rooted. This update will not work on rooted phones.
  • The battery must be 60%+ for successful updates otherwise there will be a risk of update failure.

The registration period of this update is from today i.e., September 24 to October 20, 2020.

The Chinese Manufacturer Realme launched Realme X50 Pro in February 2020 which had Android 10 out of the box. Earlier, this month Realme received an Android 11 Preview Beta for its hardcore fans.
