Celeste, Blather’s sister shows up randomly at night on your island. This NPC will give you access to a whole bunch of exclusive plans linked to the shooting star fragments. This guide will allow you to better understand what Céleste is used for, shooting star fragments and the magic wand.

Celeste and the night of the stars
You can cross Celeste randomly night between 19:00 and 4:00. Celeste usually hangs around the museum where her brother Blathers works as a curator.
If you don’t see Celeste on your island, don’t hesitate to take a tour of your friends’ island so that you can chat with her.
During your first meeting, she will give you the plan of the star wand. Thereafter she will randomly give you other plans, some of which are available only in certain months.

How to make a wish?
- Wait until it is dark, two possibilities either you see the shooting stars in the sky or you hear them if you play the sound.
- If you have a tool, store it.
- Move the camera with the right stick up to see the sky.
- The best thing is to stand on something tall to have a better view of the sky;
- When a shooting star comes up, press A to make a wish.
- Generally, shooting stars occur in groups of 2 or 3.
- You can also make wishes to your friends. You will receive the falling star fragments on your island the next morning.
How do I recover my shooting star fragments?
The next morning, from 5 a.m. you can go around the beach to collect the fragments of shooting stars. Be careful, it is not because you have managed to pray 20 times that you will have 20 fragments on the beach. In addition, the fragments can appear in waves on the beach, for example, ten at 5 am and ten others at 6 am.

There are several fragments of shooting stars, some are only available for a limited period of time and allow you to realize the plans of the Zodiac collection. You randomly get the star fragments and you only know what you have won when you go around the beach the next morning.
