One Piece chapter 977 is out on Viz. And it sets a prelude to a major war happening between Straw Hats alliance and two Yonkos. While celebrating Jinbie’s return in the first half, later half takes us to a short clash between Straw Hats and Beast Pirates at Torii gate. Sanji, Zoro, Nami, and everyone from Straw Hats go wild against guards at the gate and take down all cannons.
Having such a nice start which sets ablaze, among others. As predicted by Law, Eustass Kid, and Luffy rushes to raise hell over Onigashima while Kinemon and others sail with a plan they laid earlier.
At the Onigashima, Orochii seems in an enjoying mood while Kaido yells at Queen to contact his son. Meanwhile, Flying Six or Tobi Roppo makes there appearance. However, in the chapter, we see their footsteps.
The chapter poses speculations about Kaido’s son, and remaining Flying Six. With Drake X and Page One as part of Flying Six, who will be the remaining four, it will be interesting to see. After noticing one of them wearing gets, it looks like Kaido has a Samurai in his Flying Six line up. Now, we are aware of Straw Hat’s alliance; we will see the enemy’s strength from the next chapter onwards before the war.
One bad news regarding the whole shonen world is that Shonen Jump is on a week break to take countermeasures against COVID-19. So, One Piece chapter 978 will release on April 20, 2020, with the double issue.
