Hey @comcast or even @Xfinity my TV service has been down since about 12:30PM Eastern. I have been on hold trying to get a live person for over 30 MINUTES! I also did a refresh and when it completer it said I would get a call within a minute. Yeah, not so much. #comcastoutage
