@hlkundert Hello @Xfinity are you having problems in Chicago? All of your websites, apps, login screens, ability to contact you is not working. I can’t get to your website to stream anything on my computer or phone app and can’t reach you via the my account app either. Help!

@500hrclub @Xfinity @ShannonSpake @JayGlazer @ClintBowyer I awoke this morning to see “sorry, we’re having some trouble” I was told we have an outage in our area. AGAIN! It’s the 4th or 5th time in a month. This time I asked to be notified when it’s restored. I got a text it was, but ITS NOT! I called beck, waited on hold 29 min!
While observing the reports from an outage tracking website, one can clearly notice there is an increase in issues from the last few hours. Have a look at the outage report & map down below.
Any official word on the matter? No, not yet. We’re not able to obtain a word from the official service channels or their social media handles.
